Mr. E has a service plan on his current softener. Every year we come out to his home to do the annual preventative maintenace on his water treatment equipment. Shae, our tech, delivered enough salt out to his home for the year and carried them all down to the homewoners basement. He also changed out the old salt in the brine tank.
