Mr. and Mrs. V have a EVR-1044U softener and an EVAIR-1054 w/ trubidex with us. They are a yearly maintenance plan customer with us. Every year around the same time we come out to their home and service the water treatment equipment; making sure everything is working properly. We delivered salt for the year as well.
