Challenge
This customer moved into a home which already had our water treatment equipment installed.
Specifically there was an ASP2-1054 sanitizer and an EVFE-1054 iron filter.
They noticed one of the units was beeping and weren't sure why, and so gave us a call.
Solution
We were able to send out our technician John the same week to diagnose the issue.
Upon arrival, John found that some of the small parts were clogged and swapped them out for new ones.
After doing that, he tested the water and the results came back showing good water quality.
This customer was satisfied with the service and decided to take advantage of our service plan option, signing up for the plan that month.
