Challenge
A family in Menasha, who had bought a sulfur filter a few years ago, had been needing maintenance way more than they should. We dispatched a service technician who diagnosed that sediment from the well had been getting caught in the filter and was pushing minerals from the sulfur filter out of the tank into the home and out the drain.
Solution
A Project Coordinator was brought in to help decide the best direction for the family. They had decided with the help of our staff to install a ONE Filter to stop sediment as it came into the home. The family is now able to flush or change this filter regularly and limit the amount of damage to their home and water treatment equipment.
