Challenge
Customer called for service on all of her equipment. The service technician went out to her house, and found that the reverse osmosis was from 2002 and was not really doing the job that it was meant to do.
Solution
The customer decided that she wanted us to replace it. The technician was not able to replace it that day as he did not have the equipment on his truck, but we were able to install it the very next day for her on her schedule. Now the customer has a new updated Reverse Osmosis drinking system, so her and her family can continue to have clean, safe drinking water for their home.
