Guests Complaining of Smelly Water in Hubertus, WI
Challenge
The customer owned an Airbnb for his lake house in Hubertus and the guests were complaining of the water smelling really bad. The homeowner was buying a lot of bottled water for guests and was looking for a more permanent solution. He called The Clean Water Center to see what solutions we had for him.
Solution
A Project Coordinator went to the Airbnb to test the water and assess the situation. The homeowner went with the recommendations of an Iron filter to take care of the 2ppm of Iron, and the Sulfur that was causing that horrible smell the guests were smelling. He also had us install a new water softener as well as an Ultro Reverse Osmosis Drinking system, so he no longer needs to buy so many packs of water bottles, and his guests can have clean, good smelling, bottle quality water without the plastic bottles.
