NEW HOMEOWNER
Challenge
The new home owner went to his house one day after purchasing the house, but before they had moved in, and found that all the pipes had frozen due to the gas tank at their house running out when they weren't there. The frozen water also damaged the softener that was installed in the house. The homeowner called Clean Water Center to find out solutions for his issue.
Solution
The project coordinator met with the home owner at his new home, and found they could not get a good sample of water to test. After they were able to get a good sample of water, the home owner and project coordinator met again and determined that all the new homeowner needed was a new water softener due to the water conditions. The homeowner decided on an EVR-1044U and to go on the maintenance plan, so that he could be sure that we would help him take care of his new purchase. Now that the water is fixed the homeowner can finally start the adventure of moving into his new house.
