Hard Water Issues with equipment

Challenge
The couple called in because they were noticing a lot of hard water signs all over the house. Even with the current softener and Iron Curtain that they had in place.
Solution
A project coordinator went to their house and tested their water from the Well Pressure tank and found 26 GPG of hardness and 1ppm of iron. Testing was done to the water after their current equipment and the numbers came up with the same hardness. The couple decided to install a new softener and iron filter at our recommendation. They are no longer finding hardness issues around the house anymore.
