New to city water with hardness- Oconomowoc, WI
Challenge
We had a customer that just moved into a new home in the city. They have lived in the country before with well water and did not have hardness in the water. Within the first couple days they noticed a lot of hard water buildup and did not care for the quality of the water. They called us to see what we could do to help the situation.
Solution
After testing the water and seeing what was going on we found very hard water that they did not know they had. There was a softener in place but was for the 1980's. The system no longer worked and they wanted to replace it. After going over some options we found the ES was a good solution for their problems. After the install they now can enjoy nice, soft water in the home and no longer need to worry about the water wrecking the new hot water heater.
