Challenge
For years the homeowners had dealt with discolored water and had been taken through the ringer by multiple different companies who had different recommendations and treatment methods.
Solution
After finally getting us involved, we found that tannins was what needed to be directly addressed and because we are familiar with tannins in Wisconsin, we knew what needed to be done. After water testing by a Project Coordinator, it was found that the EVT1-1354 tannin unit was more than capable to remove the tannins that caused brown water and will also soften the little bit of hardness that was present. The homeowners now have beautiful, clear water after years of discoloration.
