Challenge
Mr. & Mrs. B softener was 12 years old. They were having hardness and iron breakthrough after the unit regened. The unit kept beeping and alarming the customers that they needed to add more salt.
Solution
Randys solution was that the unit was no longer in working condition and that they may need to replace it. He suggested an EV2-1054 for the homeowners and we were able to install the unit within a week. They are very happy with the new equipment and glad to have great water again!
