Iron and odor after newly installed softener
Challenge
The homeowners had recently installed a new water softener from a different water treatment company. They had hoped the new water softener would fix all of their water problems, which included hardness, iron, and a slight sulfur odor. Unfortunately the other treatment company only solved one of their water problems.
Solution
We have many tools to resolve water problems. We enjoying working though these options with the homeowner to determine the best fit for them. When we get called in after the first company comes up short, we try to work with the homeowner to utilize what they have already invested in. It is not a perfect situation, but we truly have the customer’s best interest in mind.
In this case we were able to install an Evolve Filter prior to their existing water softener. Our state of the art filter removes both the iron and the odors from the water, and the homeowner was able to utilize the newly purchased softener.
