Customer just purchased house, and was noticing hard water build up and iron stains throughout the house, and decided that they were in need of a water softener. They called the Clean Water Center as they had found us through Home Advisor.
A Project Coordinator went out to their new home to test the water and assess the area to place the softener. After a game plan was discussed with the customer to soften the house, and move the outside lines, so they would not be running through the softener, the customer decided to have us install an EVR-1044 Water Softener and EVFE iron filter.
Now the couple can have quality water to help protect their new home.
At the Clean Water Center, we know that water treatment solutions can be a serious investment. To create more options for homeowners CWC had a rental program where they install their equipment for a monthly fee. Some customers like the convenience of not having to worry about cost of repair, some like the affordability of a small monthly fee. This customer in Hortonville will take advantage of all their benefits to a rental water softener. Mr, K reached out to us regarding a softener that was in the home when they moved in. Are service tech Garrett went over how the system worked and also filled his salt. Mr, K felt much better knowing we can take care of his softener for him.
Mr and Mrs A are on our service plan renewal for their Evovle water treatment equipment. Every year we go out to their home and service the treatment equipment with a 10 point performance check, annual maintenance, we delivered salt to them at our pick up price. As a curtiousy we change their reverse osmosis filters at that time for no additonal charge and we test the water before and after the water treatment equipment to make sure their water treatment equipment is working correctly.
Mr and Mrs are on our annual maintenance plan. We come to her home every year to check their EV2 water softener over to make sure its properly functioning. At this time, we delivered them enough salt for the year and tested their water.
