Could not determine why softener did not regenerate in 2 months.
Was able to get me a quick and convenient date of service.
He was on time and did a system check and retested the water for hardness.
System check was OK but did not know why it did not regenerate at 800 gallons as programmed.
There was nothing more he could do other than check out the functioning of the softener, which was OK.
