Kim took my call at 8:30am and scheduled Randy to come that afternoon at 3:30pm. She was friendly and efficient.
Randy was prompt and completed the repair within 30 mins
He identified the faulty holding tank and showed me how the safety shutoff valve was still working
Randy completed the removal of the bad tank and installation of the new tank in 15 mins
