Mr. and Mrs. M. had purchased an EVOLVE water softener from us a few years ago, but chose to keep their existing filter at that time. This filter addressed iron and sulfur, but used chemicals as the form of treatment. As Mr. and Mrs. M. noticed quality decreasing and taking into consideration the maintenance required for such a system, they chose to look at new options. We were able to show that we could treat their iron and sulfur via our EVFE whole house filter. The EVFE air charge filter does not use chemicals and requires less maintenance compared to those that use an air compressor for a created air charge. They now have a simplified treatment set up and no longer deal with chemical treatment for their well water.
This customer was referred to us by another business in town as he was noticing hard water issues around his house. They did not have any water treatment in place. A Project Coordinator went out to the house to assess the water and installation locations. After testing the water, the Project Coordinator found 31 gpg of hardness, and .8 ppm of iron. No wonder they were having issues!
After reviewing the options, the customer decided to have us install an ES-1054 water softener, and a Twist II Clean filter, as they were finding sediment in the water occasionally as well.
We had a customer that just purchased a new house on the lake. After moving in he found a very bad smell to the water and did not know what to do. He gave us a call to see if we could help him out. We sent out a project coordinator to test his water. After arriving, we found the previous owner installed some filter off line and they where not doing the job. After some discussions with the homeowner we decided it was best to start with all new equipment, so we installed the EVS sulfur filter and EVR water softener. The homeowner also singed up for our maintenance plan so we can service the systems once a year and also insure the customer has great clean water in the house!
We had a existing customer of ours reach out to us because they had a new well drilled. They had a older softener and wanted to test the water too see if things changed and if they needed a new unit. After some testing the water changed a little bit but still within specs of the systems. The softener its self was not working with the age we recommended to replace the unit. The customer agreed because they did not want to risk having iron getting into the home. After a quick and clean install the customer can no enjoy the new well with the new softener!
We had a customer who purchased a new home with out a water softener. The customer had a water softener at the old home and knew he needed one for this home. After some testing we found very hard water in the new home. The customer wanted to make sure his new appliances are not ruined by the hard water. After going over some options they decided on the ES softener, after a quick and clean install the customer was happy to have soft water in the home!
