The customer call the Clean Water Center as she had just purchased a new construction home in Germantown, and new what hard water could do to her home. One of her biggest complaints was the way that the water made her hair feel. A Project Coordinator went out to her house to test the water and evaluate the basement for an install. After testing the water, the Project Coordinator found that even though the new homeowner was on city water, she still had 26 gpg of hardness coming into her house.
After going over solutions, the customer decided to have Clean Water Center install a new Evolve EVRS-1044 water softener.
The customer can rest easy now, knowing that her house....and her hair are protected from the city water.
This couple just purchased this home and knew their water was bad. They did not want to move in, or use any water until they put some water treatment equipment in. Our Project Coordinator came out to test the water and see what kind of equipment would be needed. After testing, the Project Coordinator found the water to be hard, and have 2ppm of Iron. The couple decided to rent the units to get started, and went with an EVR-1044U Water Softener, as well as an EVFE-1354 Iron Filter. We got it installed quickly for them, and they were able to move into their new home.
This customer and his wife had been in the house for about 2 years. They had a water softener in the house, but it just started leaking, so they called the Clean Water Center. A Project Coordinator went out to their house, tested the water, and assessed the location of the current equipment. After testing they found the water was extremely hard at 28 gpg, and had a high level of chlorine in the water as well.
The customer decided to have us install an ES-1044 Water Softener to replace their old one.
Mr. and Mrs. W. called the Clean Water Center to see if we could assist them with their terrible water conditions. They were getting staining in their toilets, showers, sinks and their brand new washing machine. Jason, our project coordinator was able to get to the home and test the water to see what was actually going on. He found that the water hardness was very high as well as the iron level. The homeowners elected a new water softener (EVRS-1044) and added a brand new iron filter (EVFE-1248) to fix their current water conditions. Our installer Shae did a great job installing these units. Very clean install.
Customer just moved to Wisconsin from another state and wanted to get clean drinking water at his home, so that he did not have to keep buying bottled water. He purchased an RO from a store and wanted us to put it in. We do not install other peoples equipment and when the customer heard that, he decided he wanted to hear what we had to offer.
A Project Coordinator went out to his house to assess the water, and found that they did not have a water softener installed, but since the city water is from Lake Michigan, so the water was under the 10 gpg of hardness that is recommended when installing a softener.
After educating the customer on the benefits that Our Reverse Osmosis systems have, and that we could install it the same week, the customer called right after the consultation to purchase our equipment and have us install it. We installed it 2 days later for him under the sink, as he did not have a basement, and now his family can enjoy clean drinking water with out having to buy bottled water consistently.
