The customer just purchased a home and was getting new appliances. The softener that was installed was very old and she wanted to make sure all the new appliances would remain in good tact, she was also concerned about the drinking water. After meeting with a Project Coordinator, she decided to go with an EVR-1054 and the Ultra Reverse Osmosis drinking system on the maintenance plan, so we could help her protect and prolong the life of her new purchases. The customer is happy now, knowing her new appliances are protected and her drinking water is safe.
This customer called the Clean Water Center as she has an old softener that wasn't even plugged in anymore. She is on city water, and was finding a decent amount of hardness buildup and spotting throughout the home.
A Project Coordinator went out to the home to assess the situation and the water conditions. The customer stated they had a filter under the sink for drinking water, and was going through filters often, but did not know that the kitchen cold line was not on a softened line. After discussing recommendations for the home, the customer decided to have us put in an EVR-1044 Water Softener, and convert the kitchen cold line to a softened line for them.
The customer called the Clean Water Center as his softener was getting old, and he wanted to learn about new equipment that was out there. A Project Coordinator went out to the home to discuss new equipment and assess the area for install. After talking with the customer, they found that even though only 3 people live in the home full-time, they have 5 people in the home for a few months out of the year. They discussed going with a larger unit in order to help when more people are in the home, and discussed that our softeners will actually be able to notice an increase in the water usage, and adjust accordingly.
The customer decided to have us install the EVR-1054 water softener a few days later.
This customer called in to the Clean Water Center as his water softener was older and started leaking. The equipment was old and the manufacturer told him they could no longer get parts to fix it. They needed it to get fixed fast.
A Project Coordinator went to the home to test the water and assess the old softener and it's location. She went over new softeners with him, and after talking they decided to have us install and EVRS-1044 for them. We were able to get it installed within 2 days of the meeting, which made them happy, and the customer should be good for another 20+ years.
Mr. S noticed that his water softener was not regenerating properly. He called us to service that softener and because it was an older system, Mr. S didn't want put money into a unit that could potentially cost more money down the line. After doing some testing to find the appropriate piece of equipment, it was found that the EVR and all of it's functionality was the best fit for Mr. S and his home. He now has a new water softener that is covered under warranty and has no mechanical concerns with the new water softener to stress over.
