Testimonials for Clean Water Center

I have been a customer of Clean Water Center for a few years now. In the past, I would purchase salt and pick it up and deliver it to my home. I recently had knee surgery and asked if the salt could be delivered to my home.  The service rep said “Sure I would be happy to do that for you” The following Monday a young man named Kyle was at my door on time at 10:30 am. Kyle performed various water tests, explained to me what he was doing as he was doing the tests. He then brought my salt down to the basement, loaded up my softener, and did more tests on my water and equipment, at no extra charge. There was a $12.00 delivery charge for the salt, all of the testing was free. (frankly, I would of paid more for the service I received) The bottom line is the customer service was outstanding, and I will have my salt delivered directly to my home from here on out. Clean Water Center will have my business for life!

The tech knew what he was doing and was very professional

Professional, courteous, and questions answered. Didn't try to sell items for my system that wasn't necessary. Did the work needed and in a timely manner.

About three weeks ago we realized we needed to replace our water softener system and called Clean Water Center and spoke to Nate. We could not be happier with the professional customer service of Nate, the quality of workmanship of the service department and the Evolve Water Softener with Wi-Fi. Our water quality seems better than ever and the bonus is the Wi-Fi which allows us to track our water usage whether we are at home or on vacation. We appreciate that Water Right’s Clean Water Center also offers a great maintenance agreement. I would highly recommend Water Right and give them an “A+”!
