Challenge
Mr. B. called in to us to see if we could check over the water treatment equipment in the home. He felt the unit was not functioning properly. He was getting a metallic taste in the water and a terrible odor. The unit was also not using any of the salt that was in the brine tank.
Solution
Garrett, our service tech, was scheduled to visit Mr. B. and check out the water treatment equipment. He found that the customer had a water softener and iron filter in the home. Both units had not been serviced in awhile and had some bad parts and the batteries were dead. Garrett was able to clean the units up and get them working again. Now the water in the home is back to normal and the homeowner is happy.
