Challenge
The homeowners called us to see if we could come out to fix the water softener. The brine tank was backfilling and close to the point where it would overflow.
Solution
We were able to get Garrett out there as quickly as we could to access the situation. He found that the tank was overflowing and a part was sticking and not functioning properly. He replaced a few parts and some o-rings and re-ran the system. Everything was now working properly. Garrett also tested the water and all seemed perfect.
