Challenge
The customer has noticed an increase in salt usage and the water has a salty taste. Also, the softener has never been serviced and was installed in 2003.
Solution
Garrett our service technician was able to diagnose the problems the homeowner was having. With some adjustments to the settings and a minor repairs this unit is back in service and working properly.
