Challenge
Scott called in stating his softener from 2002 doesn't seem to be regenerating as it normally does.
Solution
Garrett our service technician tested water on arrival to decide whether or not the unit is in fact functioning. After looking the unit over, Garrett noticed a worn out valve that allows for proper regeneration of the unit. After replacing the valve he insured the unit was functioning properly and the customer had softened water.
