Mason was very personable, explaining what he was doing, why, and did a thorough maintenance check on our softener.
Was pleased with the outcome of the maintenance check. Mason explained that our softener was set to maintain a hardness of 22. With the testing done we found that it is performing as well and holding the hardness level at the set 22.

Everything was cleaned up after the testing and left in the condition it was. Great job.
