Last year was a 5 - softener preventative work and water testing completed sucessfully on visit. This year the tech told me everything was good and left, it wasn't until a follow up call that I learned he couldn't get the injectors out and water testing wasn't done like years past.
Always nice, helpful people on the phone!
First guy I wish would have said something to me about injectors, but I am happy he passed the information on for follow up. Second guy is a rock star, always happy to see him, he's knows his stuff.
Very happy it was passed on that my injectors weren't able to be changed.
Very happy a person was sent back to take care of what couldn't be on first visit, excellent follow up.
Always respectful cleanup, always appreciated.
