Very polite and courteous service.
I was a little disappointed when I asked that the membrane on the RO system be "checked". When it didn't function well after that, I agreed to have the membrane replaced. After checking records, it was just 3 years old. I was having no issues with pressure. I was assured that by checking the membrane, no "damage" would result. Unfortunately, after a check of the membrane, I had no pressure.
