Mr. and Mrs. P. were experiencing water in the brine tank and it was draining out. They needed help asap. We were able to get Garrett, our tech, there as soon as we could. He found some parts that were broken and not operating properly. He was able to change them out and got the unit cleaned up. All was good with the water tested after the service was completed.
