Mr. S. called to see if we could help him diagnose why he was getting orange colored water. Garrett our tech was able to help service the equipment. He found that the time of day was off on the unit. The hot water tested with hardness and iron. Garrett recommended to flush out the water heater or replace. He did change a few minor parts that should be changed yearly and regened the unit.
