Mr. H. was given information about our service plan option for his water softener and his reverse osmosis system. Every year in October, we will go out to his home to take care of the annual maintenance on his water treatment equipment. Our service tech Garrett, did a 10 point performance check on all the equipment, did the annual preventative maintenance on his water softener, delivered some salt right down to the basement, tested the water for hardness, iron and tds before and after his water treatment equipment and changed his reverse osmosis filters. Mr. H. decided this plan was a good fit for his treatment equipment. Now if at any point throughout the year the homeowner would need service on his treatment equipment, he will not get charged labor!
