The homeowner called us to come out and inspect their water softener. The unit was installed in 2006 and never had service. Our service technician Garrett went out to the home and inspected the softener. He was able to fix some leaking parts and cleaned the system up. The unit was out of salt so Garrett filled it up. He tested the water after the service and everything looked good!
