The homeowners called us to come out to check out their water treatment equipment. Their softener was not using any salt. Due to the age of the softener, we would reccommed a new piece of equipment as the parts for the current unit would add up quickly. We were able to schedule a consult with our project coordinator so the homeowners could look at different options available.
