Brenda joined our team in June 2025 and brought with her a solid blend of retail management, customer service, and telephone sales experience. With a BBA in International Business and Language Area Studies and a certificate in entrepreneurship, she approaches every interaction with a strong business mindset and a genuine desire to help.
In her role, Brenda assists customers and dealers with scheduling, walk‑in support, and day‑to‑day service needs. She enjoys getting to know the people she helps and appreciates the collaborative atmosphere created by her coworkers.
When she’s not at work, Brenda channels her creativity into making candles, wax melts, and mixed‑media home décor. She also loves attending craft fairs and exploring new DIY projects.
