SERVICE PLAN START UP IN EKLHORN
Challenge
This customer has a ASP2-1054 softener and an IMPBF-1054 iron filter of ours. They called us this year looking to have some general maintenance performed on both systems to keep them running well, and also to set up a salt delivery.
Solution
We were able to send out our technician Sam just a couple of days later. While at the appointment, Sam was able to perform the annual maintenance as requested, and also speak to the customer about the benefits of signing up for our annual Service Plan. The customer decided to get started on the service plan that same day.
Because of this, if anything does go wrong with the equipment throughout the year, we are able to come to the home for service at no labor cost, and at the time of renewal, we can deliver salt at no delivery cost. We will also be giving the customer a call next year to remind them that its time to renew that plan and have the system looked over, ensuring good quality water for years to come!
