Clean Drinking Water in Rubicon, WI
Challenge
This customer called the Clean Water Center looking for more options for their water. They had heard about Reverse Osmosis and were curious what it would cost to put one in. They set up an appointment and a Project Coordinator went out to their home to assess the customer's water and area for install.
When the Project Coordinator arrived, the customer mentioned that he just wanted to install it under the sink, but when the Project Coordinator tested the cold water to the kitchen sink, they found that the kitchen cold was not on a softened line. Since it is not recommended to put a Reverse Osmosis system on an unsoftened line, they decided to go a different route.
Solution
After assessing the basement, they found easy access to the kitchen sink as well as the refrigerator. The customer was happy to find that we could install the RO near his water softener, keeping all of his water treatment equipment near each other. He was even happier to find out that we could go to his refrigerator as well for no extra charge.
The customer now has clean, safe water for drinking and cooking!
