Challenge
The sulfur odor coming from the water in this customer's home was unbearable for her. She called Clean Water Center hoping we could help. They had moved from city water and did not know what to expect from a well. A Project Coordinator came to her home and discussed her water conditions with her. There was 23 grains per gallon and a significant sulfur odor.
Solution
During the consultation the softener was discovered to be non-operational, as well as being not up to plumbing code. The customer then decided to get a softener, sulfur filter, and put it all on our maintenance plan with lifetime warranty to protect her home, and herself from not only the unpleasant odor, but the Calcium and Magnesium that is water hardness as well.
