New Homeowner Reverse Osmosis in Oconomowoc, WI
Challenge
Customer just moved to Oconomowoc from another state and had reached out to the Clean Water Center as the new house's water softener did not seem to be working. The service tech went out and did not find any salt in the brine tank, delivered out 10 bags of salt for them, replaced the screens and injectors. After speaking with the customer, found that she was interested in a Reverse Osmosis drinking system.
After the service visit, a Project Coordinator went out the their house, to discuss Reverse Osmosis with the new homeowner, and assess the install of the system. Most of the basement was furnished but had pop out ceiling tiles, so it was a definite possibility to get the RO to the kitchen sink and the fridge, like the homeowner wanted. However, where the kitchen sink was, there was a furnished bathroom in the basement that did not have ceiling tiles with easy access, but it could get done. The Project Coordinator also found that the kitchen sink was on a hard water line, and if it wasn't switched to a soft line, they would still find hard water scale build up at the kitchen sink.
Solution
After much discussion, the homeowner and Project Coordinator decided that they would install a Clear Flo Reverse Osmosis drinking system to both the kitchen sink, and the fridge with 2 technician to do the project. The homeowner also decided to have us change her kitchen cold line to soft water while we were there.
Clean Water Center was able to get the RO installed and now the homeowner can offer her family clean, safe, bottle quality water from both the fridge, and the kitchen sink.
