Challenge
The customer was having plumbing issues recently and they called their local plumber to fix those. Since then, they lost water pressure. They called us to see if we could come out to their home and check over the water treatment equipment that they rent from us. They wanted us to make sure everything was working properly. They were also noticing that their appliances were getting a sediment build-up on them.
Solution
We were able to get our service manager Randy out to the home to investigate the issue. He noticing that the unit was constantly running to the drain. He also found 1 broken part on the unit. He was able to fix both issues and tested the water before and after the treatment equipment to make sure that the equipment was properly running before he left the home.
