Services - Residue in Water - Neenah, WI

Mr. L. called in because he was seeing residue coming through in his water which seemed to be sticking to his fixtures and toilets.  He was also seeing rusty discoloration in the water.  His tap water had a sulfur smell and a really bad taste.  Randy our service manager was able to get out to the home right away to see what was going on.  He tested the water and the results were poor.  The homeowner had high hardness and iron breakthrough.  Randy was able to change a few parts and clean up the system.  He then ran the system through a cycle and retested the water.  Everything seemed much better!
