Services - Unit Not Using Salt - Greenleaf, WI

Mr. and Mrs. N. reached out to us to see if we could fix their water treatment equipment.  They were noticing that they didn't seem to be going through any salt with their water softener.  Kyle our tech, checked over the system and ran the unit through a cycle.  He noticed that there was water leaking from the head of the unit.  He was able to replace the parts in the softener.  He tested the water before and after the water treatment equipment to be sure everything was working properly.  He then noticed that there was some iron and sulfur breakthrough and then serviced the filter unit as well.  Once completed he made sure both units were working properly before he left.  They now have great water for their home again.
