The homeowners called to see if we could come to the home to do preventative maintenance on their water treatment equipment. Eric in customer service, presented the homeowner with our service plan program that we have available to our customers. He explained to them the benefits of having their water treatment equipment serviced every year. An appointment was set up for Garrett, our service tech, to go to the home to work on their equipment. He also delivered enough salt out to the home for them for the year and tested the water.
