The homeowners are on our annual service plan for their water softener.  Every year we go to their residence to perform a 10 point inspection on their water treatment equipment.  We changed filters on their reverse osmosis system, delivered enough salt for them for the year and tested the water before and after the water treatment equipment to make sure everything was running smoothly.  Shae our tech, changed a few yearly parts and all was good to go.
