The homeowners were having issues with rusty water and their softener and iron curtain were not functioning properly. They called in to see if we could help them out with new pieces of equipment for their home. Jason our project coordinator was able to get out to the home to check out the water conditions. He found that the water was very hard and had high iron. He recommended an ES-1044 softener and and EVFE-1248 iron filter. Mrs. W. elected to have our equipment installed. Our installer Garrett was able to provide them with a nice, clean install of this equipment.
Ms. W. had been living in a home that had an iron filter that was not in service. While having some plumbing work done, the decision was made to put the iron filter back into service, and this is when bigger issues started to arise. Not too long after putting the iron filter into service they began having staining, issues with the water softener and many things in the home were becoming built up with iron. Luckily, due to Home Advisor, Ms. W. found us as a water expert in her area and we were able to get out to her and take a look at the situation. It was found that she had enough iron to warrant an iron filter, but something about this older iron filter failed immediately and caused a replacement for the water softener to be needed as well. After water testing and looking at all available options, Ms. W. found that the ES water softener and the EVFE iron filter was her best route to good quality water. Her home is now with brand new equipment that is capable of taking care of such water conditions and is clear of sediment and staining.
Mr. and Mrs. S. live on a well and had a 15-20 year old water softener and iron filter. They began to notice leaking coming from one of the units, and due to the age, they felt that it was a good time to look into replacement options before the situation worsened. After a consultation was scheduled with one of our Project Coordinators, it was found that they had sediment coming from the well that could have caused the leaking, enough iron to stain anything in the home, small amounts of sulfur gas and of course, hardness. With knowing all of their water concerns, it was found that our ONE sediment filter was best equipped for the amount of sediment coming through, our EVFE iron filter would handle both the iron and sulfur, and the softener would be last in line to remove the hardness. They no longer have failing water treatment equipment and can have peace of mind with good quality water for years to come.
Mr. D. had bought his home years ago and had always experienced iron staining issues. When he moved in there was a softener, but he added an iron filter not too long after. Although he added an iron filter, it didn't take long for issues to arise once more. He couldn't make any immediate changes and lived with the hard water build up and the iron staining for some time. After having enough and wanting to replace fixtures and appliances that were ruined by the water, he gave us a call. After scoping the plumbing, water testing and a long discussion on what the ultimate goal was for the water quality, we found that the best route was to rent our EVFE iron filter and our advanced EVR water softener. Now Mr. D. can enjoy his water and no longer will battle the buildup and staining.
Mr. and Mrs. K. had recently installed a new water softener and reverse osmosis system in their home and expected the water quality to be up to par after installing the new equipment. However, they were seeing black residue in the bathroom sinks and they specifically would notice more of it in the parts of the house that had less traffic as well. They had spoken with multiple different plumbers and companies to find out what the problem was and how they could best take care of it. It seemed that they were receiving different ideas from different people. Luckily, we were one of the phone calls, so we sent a Project Coordinator to get a first hand look at what the problem was. After some testing and observation, it was found that the home had precipitated sulfur. Sulfur is typically a gas that causes a foul odor, but in their case, the odor was minimal and the sulfur gas was precipitated into a black greasy fleck that was seen throughout the house. The new water softener they installed was not intended to handle sulfur, so they chose to install our EVS sulfur filter to capture all sulfur, whether it was gas or precipitated. Now they have zero odor and zero black residue in their bathrooms.
Mr. and Mrs. W. called the Clean Water Center to see if we could assist them with their terrible water conditions. They were getting staining in their toilets, showers, sinks and their brand new washing machine. Jason, our project coordinator was able to get to the home and test the water to see what was actually going on. He found that the water hardness was very high as well as the iron level. The homeowners elected a new water softener (EVRS-1044) and added a brand new iron filter (EVFE-1248) to fix their current water conditions. Our installer Shae did a great job installing these units. Very clean install.
Mr. M. gave us a call because they were having severe iron issues and they wanted it addressed ASAP. One of the reasons why they wanted this done right away was because Mrs. M. is a hairstylist that works out of her home, and having hard, iron-filled water was not good for her business. Due to there being a budget, but a desire for quality, we showed them our rental options that includes all of our professional grade treatment equipment. Our EVRS water softener and the EVFE iron filter was found to be the best option in order to rid of their iron concerns and to allow Mrs. M. a chance to serve her clients without water quality concerns.
Mr. and Mrs. E had a storm that caused issues with their Twin Water Softener and they needed something to replace it quickly due to their extremely hard water. After meeting with and talking to Mr. and Mrs. E, it was found that a Twin System was a little bit over-kill and that we could take care of their water conditions with a single water softener. The EVRS seemed to be the best fit for them and they are now experiencing softened, iron-free water.
Mr. K. and his family live in Milwaukee and have a lake home in Campbellsport, WI. They had a much older Water Right water softener in place and this was original from when they first purchased, but it was no longer functioning properly. Mr. K stated that even when it was working well, they still received stains and odors. After testing the water for iron, sulfur, and other water conditions, we found that they had sulfur present, which causes a rotten egg smell in the water. Not just that, but iron kept finding it's way past the water softener as well. Because of these concerns, we found that the EVFE iron filter was going to be the best for for this family's lake home. It is capable of removing iron and lower levels of sulfur in one piece of equipment. The K. family now has odorless water that doesn't stain their fixtures and appliances; not just that, but because of those two concerns being addressed, the water is now tasting much better than before.
The family at this home had known of higher levels of nitrates and wanted to look into solutions for that because their biggest concern was the health and safety of their kids. A consultation was set with a Project Coordinator, and after scoping the plumbing and talking with the customer a solution was found. Our state-certified Ultro Water RO is now providing the home with safe access to food grade water.
Mr. and Mrs. S were having hard water and iron break through throughout the house with their past equipment. The industry average for the life-span of water softeners is about 10-15 years, and with a unit that was 11 years old, it wasn't performing to the quality this family deserved. With the fluctuation of extremely hard water and iron being present, we equipped this family with an iron filter and a resin water softener that would address any fluctuation in hardness. Mr. and Mrs. S now have their water being treated with the EVFE-1248 and the EVR-1054U that is supplemented with a Lifetime Warranty.
Mr. and Mrs. P. had purchased a home that had higher levels of sulfur, and the sulfur if not treated would cause a terrible rotten egg odor. The new home they were moving into luckily had a system in place to handle the odor, but the system they had used chlorine/bleach and required regular maintenance that they did not care for. After visiting the home and testing their sulfur levels, our Project Coordinator found that the sulfur levels were not extreme enough to treat with chlorine, but that they could get great quality sulfur free water with an air charge system that had much less maintenance and did not deal with any chemicals. They now have odor free water without the use of chemicals.
Mr. and Mrs. D. reached out because they have been dealing with terrible well water for years. With numerous attempts at treating the water professionally and personally, they continually had issues dealing with iron staining and the hardness build up. After they did some online searching, they found us as a company and one of our Project Coordinators made their way out to test water conditions. It was found that they did have more iron than a standard water softener could handle, so it was best to go with the EVFE iron filter to remove all iron and put that in combination with the EVR water softener. With Mrs. D being responsible for most maintenance and upkeep in the house, they found it would be perfect fit for us to service their equipment annually, and we will be also delivering their years worth of salt at that time. The D. family now has soft-iron free water and the equipment will be of no concern for them since we will be providing regular maintenance.
Mr. and Mrs. K. were experiencing iron staining and sulfur gas odor although having a water softener. Due to the iron levels being too high for a water softener to handle and nothing in place to combat the sulfur odor, it was found that additional filtration was needed to aid the existing softener. After much discussion, the EVFE iron filter was found to be the best fit. With it's air charge oxidation, it had the ability to filter both the high iron and the trace sulfur. The family is now without iron staining and sulfur odor.
Mr. and Mrs. K. were experiencing high iron and sulfur issues in their home. They had a water softener in place that they believed should be taking care of the problem, but it wasn't. They chose to come into our offices and gather some information on the problems they were having. We went ahead and scheduled a time for a Project Coordinator to actually go out in person and see first hand what issues they were having so that water tests could be done to identify the problem at hand. After testing, it was found that they had trace levels of sulfur and more iron than we'd like to see a water softener handle. The solution was the EVFE iron filter; because of how the EVFE filter works via air charge, we were able to attack both the high levels of iron AND the trace levels of sulfur. They are now without odor and iron issues.
Mr. and Mrs. J had an older water softener that hadn't been working for years, so they had hard water and iron that was wreaking havoc on their home. After we had a Project Coordinator visit them and do some testing on their water conditions, they found that the EVR was the best fit because it could handle the levels of iron that they had and it would soften their water consistently and efficiently. They are now iron free and living with soft water.
Mr. and Mrs. D. purchased a water softener for their home back in 2006 and recently they were having issues. It didn't seem that their aging softener was regenerating appropriately. After a service technician found that the water softener meter was not working, they recommended a replacement. Industry average for the life-span of water softeners is about 10-15 years and Mr. and Mrs. D. were in that range. After meeting with our Project Coordinator, the best fit seemed to be our entry level ES water softener that was simple, but still superior to what was in place prior. They now have a nice water softener that doesn't require every day attention.
Mr. and Mrs. M. had purchased an EVOLVE water softener from us a few years ago, but chose to keep their existing filter at that time. This filter addressed iron and sulfur, but used chemicals as the form of treatment. As Mr. and Mrs. M. noticed quality decreasing and taking into consideration the maintenance required for such a system, they chose to look at new options. We were able to show that we could treat their iron and sulfur via our EVFE whole house filter. The EVFE air charge filter does not use chemicals and requires less maintenance compared to those that use an air compressor for a created air charge. They now have a simplified treatment set up and no longer deal with chemical treatment for their well water.
Mrs. and Mr. S were having an egg odor that the family did not enjoy. They had just moved into their new home with their brand new softener that was softening and removing the iron, but odor was still an issue. Not only was there an odor issue, but they had received a positive test for bacteria in their water. They did their due diligence and shopped around; different companies offered different water softeners to replace their brand new one, and they were also offered chemical remediation. We were able to rid of the odor without chemicals and without replacing a water softener that was fully functioning and recently paid for. Our EVS Sulfur Filter solved the odor issue, and our Ozone generator addressed the bacteria that was said to have been in their lines.
Mr. and Mrs. M had purchased their new home that had older water treatment equipment and it was obvious that it was no longer adequate to handle the water conditions. They were seeing staining all over the house and with renovations happening in the near future, they wanted to address the source of the problem before ruining their new applicances and fixtures. After a complementary consultation, it was found that they had hard water and high iron levels. The EVFE iron filter and the EVR water softener was the best fit for them and they are now iron free and have soft water for their new home.
Mrs. D. found that her older water softener was obsolete and discontinued. Because of no further maintenance being possible for her softener, we showed her newer options that would resolve her high iron and hard water issues. She wanted to stay with an "all-in-one" system, so the EV2 with zeolites was the best option. Now she has a water softener that is familiar to her and is able to be worked on by our technicians if any concerns arise.
This homeowner had a Water Conditioner that had given them 15 years of great service. However, they began noticing problems with the conditions of water in the home and knew it was time for an improvement. After meeting with our Project Coordinator Jason, they elected to purchase a new EV2-1054-MIN. This unit is fantastic at treating a wide variety of water conditions from hardness, Iron and odors. If you are experiencing water problems in your home, give the Clean Water Center a call today!
Mr. and Mrs. S. had lived in their Bellevue home for years, and for years they noticed the hard water build up and they chose to live with it. They finally had enough and chose to shop around for water softener options. We were one of the first companies to come out to their home to provide them a quote on water softener options. Naturally, we took in all the information possible. This included the city water conditions (hardness, chlorine content, etc.) and the ultimate goal of what the family was trying to achieve with their water quality as well. After a very good conversation, our EVRC model was found to be the best fit because it was the most efficient, and because it also removed the chlorine in the municipal water. They now have soft, chemical-free water.
Mr. and Mrs. L. were experiencing a sulfur odor that caused a horrid taste to the water and wanted something done about it. They stated that they had a water softener, but it wasn't doing anything for the odor, and that is to be expected because a standard resin water softener is not capable or intended to capture sulfur gas. After testing the water and seeing the situation in full, we found that we could get a couple birds with one stone. The home also had higher levels of iron and we decided it was a good idea to protect the existing water softener from the iron, while tackling the odor issue. Luckily, the sulfur levels were not high enough to call for sulfur exclusive treatment, therefore we treated both iron and sulfur under one umbrella in the EVFE. They now have odor-free water that tastes better and their older water softener life span will now be extended due to the protection from the iron.
Mr. and Mrs. S had a 27 year old softener that finally reached it's end. Industry average for water softeners are 10-15 years, so a replacement was needed asap. After calling us and sending out a Project Coordinator for water testing and to scope plumbing, we were able to find what worked best for the household. Mr. and Mrs. S wanted to look into an option that allowed us to service their softener on a regular basis for them to have one less thing to address in the home themselves. So we found that the EVR with the maintenance plan was the best fit. It's our most salt efficient system that minimizes having to refill the salt and the maintenance plan allows us to provide multiple services once a year to keep things working longer than the industry average of 10-15 years with true effectiveness. The EVR should now be the last water softener they need in their current home.
Mr. W. lives in Menasha, WI on a particular road that is notorious for high levels of sulfur; sulfur gas causes rotten egg-like odor in the water. In the past he had gone through numerous pieces of equipment with different companies until he found us. Years ago he installed our EVS sulfur filter that has solved his sulfur problem. However, recently he started to notice a little bit of that smell breaking through once more and he had recently rebedded his media in the filter. A Project Coordinator was sent out and it was found that the well casing was coming up from the well and plugging up the valve to his sulfur filter and this was the cause of the break through. Well casing is common sediment to see come up from a well, but it can most definitely cause build up and damage. After finding the source of the problem, we installed our Twist II Clean sediment filter prior to all treatment equipment and for peace of mind, we installed a much smaller sulfur filter after all treatment as a fail safe. Mr. W. no longer is concerned about a foul odor in his home from the water.
Mr. and Mrs. L live in a place where water softeners are a necessity to increase longevity of household appliances and fixtures. When their water softener was no longer providing working grade water, they spoke with one of our Inspectors who presented at their place of work and set up a FREE consultation with our Project Coordinator. After finding 42gpg of hardness coming through the lines, and 1.5ppm of chlorine coming from the city, we found that the EVRC was the best fit. The carbon in the EVRC helped to pull the chlorine out of the water so that it no longer had the chemical smell or taste, and their 42gpg was brought down to 0-3gpg range to increase the efficiency and lifespan of their in-home fixtures.
Mr. and Mrs. B. were experiencing an aging water softener that was no longer working mechanically and was causing leaking all over the basement. After we found that a replacement would be the best option, we tested water conditions to see what piece of equipment would work best and it was found that they had the ability to choose from any of our resin units. They found that the ES was going to be the best fit for them. They now have a fully functioning softener that is not leaking all over their basement.
Mr. and Mrs. B. live in Kaukauna, Wisconsin where it is well known that hard water is an issue. When they started to notice that their old softener wasn't working, they reached out. Because of the many customers we have in the Kaukauna area, we had a good idea what the water conditions were, but we still sent Project Coordinator to get all the information necessary to find what was going to be the best fit for Mr. and Mrs. B. After receiving test results and scoping plumbing, all options were shown to the homeowners and they found that the best fit was our EVRS water softener. The EVRS has some similarities to our elite softener, but a few differences as well and this is perfect for our new Kaukauna customers.
Mr. and Mrs. V. were experiencing brown pieces of sediment in their water and decided to give us a call. After sending one our Project Coordinators out to the home for further inspection, it was found that their water softener was also not softening the water at all. We found that well casing was causing some mechanical issues with the water softener so a sediment filter was recommended to protect the treatment equipment, as well as the home. In regards to the water softener, we found that our EVRS model was the best fit for them. They now are protected from the sediment and have a fully functioning water softener that provides them softened water all through out the day.
