When he isn't working, he enjoys trail walks with his dogs and trying new indoor/outdoor activities.
With an existing softener from a big box retailer, this homeowner was noticing a decline in the quality of their water. With an in home consultation we were able to pinpoint familiar issues such as iron staining and hardness build up. Looking over the existing equipment, it was determined replacement was the best option to guarantee quality water. This is our Evolve series softener.

Homeowner currently was using a competitors iron filter and softener and was getting iron staining. They were looking to update and have minimal equipment because there was not a lot of space in the basement. We installed an EV2-1054 which is an all in one iron filter and softener and solved all of their water issues.
Iron levels too high for their current softener had this homeowner wanting answers. Meeting with Jason our project coordinator, they were able to find the perfect piece of equipment to get the job done. Our Evolve Iron Filter, is now in place to give this homeowner many years of service.
A service call for repair uncovered a water softener that was installed in 1999. The industry average life expectancy is 10-15 years for a water softener. Realizing this, our Service Technichian Kyle determined the costs to repair the existing unit far outweighed the cost to purchase new. The homeowner elected to meet with Jason our Project Coordinator and decided to go with our Evolve Series Conditioner.
These systems eliminate the need to buy bottled water, improve the smell, taste and appearance of the water and reduces lead, fluoride, chlorine, nitrates, arsenic and other contaminates. To ensure that they are working properly, changing the filters on a yearly basis is recommended
