Randy has been in water treatment for 38 years and holds a Master Plumber license. Randy's experience and expertise has served Clean Water Center for 13 years. On a daily basis, Randy manages four employees on our service technician team. He also does some service and installs of new equipment himself. He finds it very satisfying to meet customer needs and correct issues they may have with their water treatment equipment. When he is not making customers happy during the day, he spends time with his wife, Kim, and does a little fishing now and then.

This customer recently purchased a house and immediately noticed that their recently installed water softener could not keep up with the iron.
